SHIPPING & RETURNS

DELIVERY

I aim to post art prints within three working days of receiving payment, but UK customers should allow up to seven working days for items to arrive. All art is printed to order.

Orders to destinations outside the UK will take longer.

All UK orders are sent first class, via Royal Mail. An option to upgrade to Recorded Delivery (signature required) is also available.

International orders are sent via Standard International Delivery, which is untracked, and usually arrives 7-14 working days after dispatch. Please note that on occasion deliveries may take longer than this estimate due to customs processing times. Tracked shipping upgrades are also available.

Some countries charge tax and duties on international parcels above a certain value threshold. Please check whether this will affect you, before placing your order.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with confirmation of shipping along with a tracking number, if applicable.

I reserve the right to only ship to the billing address for all international orders. International orders with different billing and shipping addresses will take longer to process as I will need to make enquiries with the cardholder to verify the order. If I am unable to verify the cardholder wishes to ship to an international address different to the billing address, or I deem the card payment to be high-risk, I will contact you to let you know and offer you the opportunity to make payment via an alternative method or to ship to the cardholder’s address.

Please make sure to inspect your delivery carefully when you receive it and if there are any signs of damage to the package, make sure to write “Damaged” when signing for it. If you wish to exchange an item, additional postage costs must be paid before I can resend as I cannot cover postage on exchanges.

 

RETURNS

If you want to return items for any reason, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order.

If there is a flaw, or any damage in transit, please take a photo and email it to us, and I will provide a replacement at no cost to you.

Please note that it is the responsibility of the customer to make sure the item gets to us safely so I recommend you post by Recorded or Special delivery.

I cannot refund or exchange any items returned to me which are damaged in transit (so make sure to pack them securely), fail to reach me, or have been opened.

Any shipping costs to return an item are the responsibility of the customer, unless I have wrongly shipped an incorrect item that you did not order, in which case I will pay up to the value of second class recorded mail only. I cannot refund shipping costs for orders delivered outside the UK unless I have wrongly shipped a faulty or incorrect item.

I will aim to process your refund or exchange as soon as possible once items have been returned in their original unopened packaging and condition but please allow up to two weeks.

Please make sure that the item is not damaged, creased or ripped, and is in a condition that I deem resaleable.
